Cuando estaba buscando hotel lei comentarios de que en este hotel habia insectos en las camas (mencionaban chinches). Por ello al llegar a hospedarnos revisamos las camas y si, en las sábanas encontramos algunos pequeños insectos, no sé que eran, pero no fueron más de 5 en total. Debimos sacudirlas bien antes de acostarnos a dormir. Apagamos el aire acondicionado (no había control remoto). El ruido que hacia era insoportable. Afortunadamente no hacia calor y pudimos dormir bien. Solicité un comprobante de entrega del depósito de seguridad que tomaron de mi tarjeta bancaria en el front desk. La empleada no me pudo explicar ´pofrque razón no podían darmelo. Le llamó al gerente de turno y le molestó que pidiera ese comprobante por un dinero que habían tomado de mi cuenta bancaria. Se portó muy grosera y amenazante conmigo. Me dijo que era problema de mi banco. Que le pidiera el recibo a mi banco. Yo le contesté que el banco no me podía dar un comprobante de una operación realizada por el hotel. La mujer muy grosera me dijo que podía darme una nota escrita a mano señalando la cantidad que tomaron de mi tarjeta. Y yo le contesté que eso era exactamente lo que estaba pidiendo desde el principio. Ella contesto "usted pidió un recibo" y le dije ¿que, un recibo no esta por escrito? Como la hice quedar en ridículo me lanzó una mirada queriendo matarme, me entrego el papel y se retiro.

Close to the airport. A good Chinese restaurant and tiny convenience shop on the property. Nice staff, and the tiny room seemed pretty clean. The bed was comfortable enough.

The price was expensive for that small, plain room. . . but, Hawaii is very expensive. We found that an AIRBNB or VRBO is a better value. If you are only passing through for one night, this hotel is perfectly adequate.

i loved the small gift shop next to counter, that was convenient and the chinese restaurant served good grub.

my room was so far from counter and the walk way was always wet, there was always people staying up late and making noise outside

The motel needs a major overhaul. The walls in the room cracked. Bathroom for renovation.

I only stayed for about 3 hrs,I would’ve stayed longer but my Girlfriend had to leave earlier than expected. We both Loved the room,it was very cozy,clean,the staff was very accommodating to my requests,We had a great time,and we’re planning to go back soonest,but this time we are planning to spend 3-4 days,so it should be amazing!!!
