La struttura è davvero bella, ben curata nell'impatto visivo come ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle, ed è situata in una posizione centrale eccellente (a 15 minuti dalla stazione Union Station). Ho apprezzato molto la cordialità del personale e la presenza del servizio di cortesia in camera (acqua).

Soggiorno purtroppo caratterizzato da diverse criticità che non ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a 4 stelle. La pulizia della camera è apparsa approssimativa (aspetto critico per chi è allergico alla polvere) in quanto erano ben visibili accumuli di polvere sulla porta del bagno e sulla testina antincendio, oltre a evidenti tracce di calcare sul rubinetto. Il bagno pecca notevolmente sul fronte privacy dato che la porta scorrevole in vetro satinato lascia un'ampia fessura dalla parete, azzerando l'isolamento acustico e visivo. Inoltre, si nota l'assenza di uno scopino per il WC o di un idroscopino. L'insonorizzazione complessiva della stanza è scarsa, rendendo udibili i rumori e gli spostamenti dagli ambienti vicini. A completare il quadro, una TV poco intuitiva e una gestione del servizio non all'altezza in quanto per farmi stappare una bottiglia sono dovuto andare personalmente al ristorante a cercare un cavatappi.

Everything was great until checkout where my card was charged $165 USD more than the amount that I agreed to pay through booking.com. I called the hotel and they were not helpful at all and told me it wasn’t their problem. Booking.com tried to contact the hotel multiple times and didn’t get any response, but they did refund me the difference which I appreciate.
