Staff attitude was not great, no childs facilities in room except crib even though supposedly a family hotel- no diaper bin or even a bin with lid can be provided.

Staff couldn't understand simple things like to bring more coffee confidant (creamer) for the coffee. Too fussy in the swimming area. It wasn't fun for the children. It was too controlled. Staff were not very caring. It was disappointing that there was no outside pool. Badly designed indoor pool. More welcome signs and TV channels in English and for kids as well.
