The location
There were 2 roaches in my room. I killed one little roach that was on the wall in my room. Initially I thought it was from another guest next door. Then there was a follow up roach that crawled on my face while I was sleep. I went to the front desk and the customer service gave me a card to email the manager. ROOM 324. Other than the roaches, you pay for what you get.
