The location is great. It's not on a very busy street but it is only 2 bus stops away from the Canada Line station. There're also several restaurants around. The bed, desk and carpet were clean, the host and the hostess were polite and the residents in the house were quiet.

I got assigned a basement room and it is very dark (light MUST be on) even when the sun is high up in the sky.
We were in the basement unit. Clean, comfortable, everything you need. Good location near transport. Nice neighbourhood and friendly communication.

Just a little far from a grocery store on foot. Builders were a little noisy late in the afternoon though if we’d been out all day we wouldn’t have noticed.
