El baño se inundaba cada vez que usabas la ducha, lo dijimos al personal pero no era por problema del.desague sino de falta de mampara de la ducha, solo una cortina que empapada todo el baño, las instalaciones de las habitaciones necesitan una renovación y son muy pequeñas

Friendly staff and good location

After one night, me and my family found rash on the leg part of the body. I don't know whether is due to the bugs on bed or allergy to the cleaning agent after washing to the bed sheets. I ask staff to change the sheets but no improvement on our condition.

Eaton HK is a fantastic hotel! The breakfast is excellent, the rooms and beds are very comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The gym is compact but has everything you need for a good workout. The cross-trainer could use a little maintenance, but overall a nice addition to the hotel facilities.
