1. Every email should have your actual phone number. I was trying to call under time pressure from the airport and kept getting the automated service. So frustrating. 2. Housing keeping came later in the day every single day. Maybe mix it up so we could have had service on the early side a couple of days. 3. For the insanely tall beds you should have a stool on both sides.
