Good location in the heart of the historic old town. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Family room and Library was really nice place to chill after check out while waiting for late night flight.

Currently, front facade is under renovation. We we'ren't affected as I have requested for a room away. Would be good if future guests will be informed of renovation timing and completion date..

Very clean, friendly staff. Ruben, was the BEST!!! Very friendly and helpful. He made our stay wonderful. He helped us to plan all our tours and gave us all the information we need to get around the city. He went above and beyond to make to assist us. Thank you Ruben

The staff was very helpful, and the lobby area with the library is cool, although I could not turn on the Netflix there. The breakfast is okay, pretty basic, but this should not be called a four-star hotel. This felt more like a three-star hotel. Nowhere was it mentioned that they are renovating the façade. At first, they put me in a room where there’s no window because the renovation is blocking the window, and I did not stay there, so they gave me a better room on the upper floor, but if there was no available room and I would have to stay in that room, there is no way I would stay.

Renovations that nobody knew about, hard to get to if you have heavy luggage because the Uber cannot go all the way there. A lot of noise through the walls because the building is old, no AC, poorly maintained bathrooms, even in the nicer room that I got. Things are peeling off. just doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel at all

Upon arrival I was notified that pipe burst and I would no longer be able to stay in the room I had booked. They gave me a new room and said they would provide a refund since the room I originally paid for was more expensive than the one I was given. It has been almost a month and I have not received a refund. The outside of the hotel is completely under construction and its extremely hard to find/does not look the way the photos look online. Our "view" was just tarp covered building.
