Das sagen die Gäste
- Cleanliness8.8
Generally described as very clean and impeccable in multiple reviews, but isolated issues reported (bathroom pipe smell, carpet in one room) and a noisy fridge that affected perceived room cleanliness/comfort.
- Service9.1
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, kind and helpful (special mention of barista 'Lesie'); however, reception failed to resolve a reported noisy fridge twice, a small service shortcoming.
- Location9.1
Very good location noted across reviews: close to Prague city centre, well connected by tram/S-Bahn and within walking distance to attractions and an outdoor pool.
- Room Quality8.9
Rooms described as well designed, comfortable, with terraces and good equipment; negatives include occasional small bathrooms, carpet, a noisy fridge in at least one room and a reported key allocation error.
- Amenities9.0
Strong family- and kid-friendly amenities: animation programme with mascot, playroom, kids’ gadgets and prepared beds; also good facilities mentioned like AC and parking.
- Value for Money9.1
Not explicitly discussed in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating (standard quality for this hotel tier).
- Food and Beverage9.4
Breakfast repeatedly praised as varied, rich and excellent; barista service highlighted (including special attention for a toddler).
- Overall Experience9.4
Overall highly positive experience reported by many guests: recommended, family-friendly, clean and well-located, with a few isolated disturbances (noise, allocation issues).
