La habitación (308) primero que la puerta no abría bien, pero era por lo vieja y pesada que era. Entramos y había Mucho olor a humedad. El baño no tiene salida de vapor ni ventilación con lo cual se siente feo olor. El baño, tenía hongos en las paredes, y había un jabón abierto usado en la jabonera. El baño en si es feo, todo con cemento alisado como que quisieron darle algo uniforme y quedó desprolijo Lo peor fue que la habitación de al lado se comunicaba con una puerta a la nuestra. 7:30 se va el huesped, (escuchamos la puerta muy fuerte que nos despertó) que menos mal parece que era una sola persona por que si hablaban era como tenerlos adentro. Y 7;45 llegó el personal de limpieza, abrió el agua, pasaba el trapo y con el secador pegaba contra nuestra puerta, tenía notificaciones del celular que le sonaban cada dos por tres. Era domingo!!!! Ni el mínimo cuidado por el descanso de los huéspedes. Durante la noche también no se qué ruidos había contra la pared. Es el hotel mas ruidoso que fui en mi vida. De fotos se lo ve lindo, pero para descansar no sirve. El personal ni bien ni mal. No se destacaron por su simpatía pero tampoco fueron poco cordiales. El desayuno bien. No una cosa wow pero tiene huevos y jamón y queso por si no comes harinas a la mañana. Igual por el tema del olor a humedad (tuve que llegar y lavar ropa que solo saqué y se impregnó de olor) y lo ruidoso es que mi calificación no es buena.

La cama super comoda, la limpieza excelente. El personal super amable y excelente, desde la recepción hasta el buffet. El desayuno estaba muy acorde al precio.

El ascensor debería de mejorarse un poco quizás y poner más luz en la habitación proque no se veía nada de noche y también algún espejo largo. También la ducha, la mampara debería ser un poco más larga proque se moja el piso mucho y también el lluvero, cambiarlo, no calza justo, se mueve.

This was my first stop on my first visit to Argentina (or anywhere in South America). So staying in a place where the staff were both super helpful and super friendly made me feel so much more relaxed. It's a cool neighbourhood too, so much so I didn't explore much further while in BA! Breakfast was great with usually lots of options

The only negative was in a street facing room there were only a couple of hours of quiet a night, but it's a big busy city so have to accept that.
