The view out our window oveelooking the lake and mountains was incredible! The reception person was well organized and had our key and paperwork waiting for us even though we arrived late.We loved the heated blanket too!

Steep driveways

The room was fine, the heating worked well and there was plenty of extra bedding. Staff were helpful.

I clearly hadn't read the finer details as I did not expect to have to go downstairs to bedrooms and bathroom. The property is on a particularly steep incline with no safety rails if you want to walk. We had walked back to the property and I realised as we came down the driveway just how treacherous it was with no rail to hold on to particularly the downward slope towards the lake. If I had fallen, I could have ended up in the lake and probably with 2 broken hips. After that we used an uber to arrive and depart from the property.

very steep driveway especially if you are in one of the units on the bottom level 20 minute walk to city centre along the road - the lakeside track was closed but is reopening soon

The view was excellent. The property was comfortable and very spacious. It was much larger than we expected.

My only complaint is that some of the glasses were not clean. The glass panels on the deck had children’s finger smudges all over it.
