Very central so easy to get to lots of venues. Comfortable bed. Some staff were lovely. We had a corner room so had views from two large windows, making the room quite light. Plenty of room for our toiletries.

Some staff were quite officious. At times it was quite noisy. No tea.

The smell of the room, there were a lot of unsavory characters hanging out and allowed inside the building. They did not work at the facility, but they were soliciting and hitting on women

Location & Cleaning

Check in system not working good, self checking a mess

It was extremely welcoming the lobby, I didn’t like the self service checking in process as it took away from that first interaction with the staff. Brandon looked after me with my room and throughout my stay everyone was very helpful.
