Rooms need a makeover, noisy heatpump. No duvet or blanket and fridge wasn't working, staff rectified that but not until 11pm

Pretty much everything. We booked the premium suite. Nothing premium about it! Horrible, rundown. The couch was covered in stains. Cigarette burns on the kitchen bench. In order to open the over door the cupboard door next to it had to be open. The last straw was finding the toilet didn’t flush. We found alternate accommodation for less money and free parking and checked out of this awful place. Just hope I get a refund

I wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star hotel. It is old and dirty. The rugs have stains and the tap fittings and pipes are rusty and grimy. Having said that, i do have to say that the bed sheets and kitchen utensils were clean. Okay for a night or two but not beyond that. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite - weird design but spacious enough. It’s not a modern building. Parking was ridiculously expensive though they’re upfront about that. The only good thing about this place was the location and its proximity to downtown.

Breakfast Variety: The daily breakfast menu lacked variety and would benefit from a wider selection of options for guests staying multiple days. Early Breakfast Service: While I truly appreciated the staff accommodating my request for an early takeaway breakfast box before a morning tour, the box itself was disappointing—particularly a rather bizarre sandwich option (cheese and cabbage on toast).
