There is only a little fence between balconies and I suspect that my neighbors were jumping over as my curtains were closed

Sauna , hot tub and pool with the gym were great. Staff were friendly. Facilities clean. They could do with some nice smelling air fresheners though.

The inter leading door between our room and someone else’s meant we could hear everything. Including our neighbors having very loud sex who were also very vocal which made us feel very uncomfortable. I was hoping we would be put in a room with no inter-leading door, So we could avoid something like this.

This hotel was perfect.we had a 1 bedroom suite which was perfect, very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool, spa and sauna was perfect too… the room was big enough for myself, husband and 3 year old daughter. The trainee Spanish girl went over and above to meet our requests such as being able to see the TV from the bed for the little one - she showed us 2 potential suites and room 203 was perfect… Had a great 2 night stay

we stayed in a room with a balcony, it was rather noisy by the road. We had a bit of a rough night sleeping, But otherwise that’s ok. Didn’t think about the noise factor when booking.

We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Staff, especially Sarah, are absolutely exceptional and treat guests very well with their welcoming and friendly manner. The facilities are great with pool spa and sauna available and the rooms are immaculately cleaned and still have a newly rennovated feel. The location is wonderful for those wanting to explore the CBD on foot and parking is available separately as well in a securely locked basement.
