Do not expect much about others. Hotel quality is very similar to the business hotel in Japan. Breakfast quality is for surviving. But if you think about the high price in HK then acceptable.
The room's very clean. No dusts at all and the housekeeping clean it everyday. Great job for the housekeeping team! I've requested an unscented room,towels and blanket and they provided it. I like the bed, it is very comfortable and i like the pillows too. I like that is very clean, and very white and no scent at all. Your laundry cleaning is good, you should maintain it.

The breakfast arrangements - moved to Times Square nearby at Pizza Express on Floor 12. However breakfast is served at a time when the escalators don't work in the building and so it is a long slog up the stationary escalators. Then finding the restaurant is difficult - no real signposts. So getting there is a real challenge - and when you do the restaurant is very crowded.
