The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighbourhood where I felt safe. Public transport is easily accessible, making it a good base for exploring Singapore. The accommodation is basic but suitable for a short stay.
The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighbourhood where I felt safe. Public transport is easily accessible, making it a good base for exploring Singapore. The accommodation is basic but suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, several issues affected my comfort. The bedroom light was flickering, and the toilet cistern continued making a running-water noise long after flushing. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was also no hand soap by the bathroom sink, meaning I had to use the soap provided in the shower. These are relatively minor issues individually, but together they affected the overall experience.

the fact that they did not let me proceed with my stay despite valid identification and did not refund me even when i tried to rectify the issue. staff was rude when asking me to screw off as well
