we tried to get a massage at the spa but they had very limited times available which sucked because it was at the same times as our exccursions but one of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel was for the spa.

Before our visit, I read comments mentioning that the hotel has a lot of stairs, which concerned me because I was traveling with my mother, who has some mobility issues. However, we found this was not a problem at all. The different levels are conveniently connected by elevators, and the walkway in front of the hotel is easily accessible. We were able to get around comfortably and fully enjoy our stay.

Que cierren la piscina climatizada a las siete. Entiendo que el spa cierre pero no la piscina. Cuando se usa entonces, en una ciudad en la que estás fuera la mayoría del tiempo.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The spa was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to choose from. Our room was lovely, with an adjoining room for our teenage son, which worked perfectly for us as a family. The Cave Bar is amazing, with a fantastic choice of delicious cocktails and a great atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy bus access to and from the old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

A bit smelly in the living area near the balcony. During my stay in October, there were civil engineering works in a construction site on the opposite side of the road facing the hotel which caused noise and slight vibrations in the day time during their engineering works even though the balcony door was shut tight

The building works behind the hotel ruined our experience! Was looking for a peaceful break with the noise we were disappointed. Lifts always out of order. Breakfast service needs to be refined!

The location was great, easy to get to bus 6 to Old Town and the breakfast exceeded our expectations!
