It was a pleasant visit and stay at Residency. We always stay here as its convenient and nearby to all the amenities. My son enjoys as all the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality

When l checked in they make me pay full in advance.From 3 nights,l wanted checked out 2nd and 3rd night,my relatives there invited me to stay with them, but the lady in front desk told us you can not do that,we only refund 1 night,1 night will charged for nothing.This is because l payed full on check in time,this is a lesson l learnt never pay full when checking in time.

The hotel experience was good. The rooms were clean. The service was very friendly, especially Ramamurthy. The rooms can be much freshened up though, it seems slightly old.
