Room provided without window and not willing to change
I stayed in two different price points. The one with the window that looked toward the stairwell was awful. The other… great.

The windows that opened into the stairwell. The room next door where my sister stayed didn’t even have windows.
Very central to a lot of things in Myeongdong. Front door man was very lovely and so was the front desk staff.

The cleaning staff grabbed me multiple times (physically grabbing my arms) and dragged me away from the elevator to open my room door even though the do not disturb sign was up. Cleaning staff knocked on my door twice and rang the doorbell even though the do not disturb sign was up. What is the point of saying do not disturb if I’m going to be disturbed and physically stopped from leaving the hotel and manhandled into opening my room even though I said no multiple times.
A localização é excelente. Caminhada de 10 a 15min até o comércio de Myeongdong, o hotel fica atrás do City Hall, e a 1 quarteirão de Cheonggyecheon. Linhas de metrô bem próximas. Boa atenção dos funcionários. Limpeza OK.

A pia do banheiro é muito baixa. A cama era estreita para dois, e quando um se mexia, incomodava o outro. Ficamos em um quarto econômico, sem janela. Como eu já sabia disso, não era um problema. Mas economizaram até em uma mesa lateral para a cama (só havia mesa e tomada de um dos lados). Em um dos dias, contratei à parte o café da manhã. Entrada até 09h, e permanência até 9:30h. Chegamos às 8:55h e já não tinham pães e outros produtos (funcionário disse que não haveria reposição). Não valeu a pena, pelo preço que cobraram.
