The property was amazing! Very clean and convenient to so much! Exceptional staff… Jose R. welcomed me warmly and provided a wealth of information and top tier customer service. Betsy was also a stellar helper during my stay, always smiling and welcoming to me. I cannot wait to stay again!

I honestly have no dislikes

Everyone was so polite and gracious to my son and me...couldn't ask for nicer staff..

Well the 1sy room is had someone stole the cable box..so they assisted me to a different room...then my son went to take shower and it was clogged..and toilet handle broke next morning..but they fixed everything right away with no issues...so yes I would stay there again..

**Terrible experience – dirty room and no accountability** When we checked in, the room was filthy. There were leftovers from the previous guests: used gel bottles, a used bar of soap in the shower, hair, and bread crumbs on the nightstand. It was a disaster. The next day, the hotel looked into it and told us it was due to a lack of supervision of the cleaning by the person in charge. Having this happen on vacation is really unpleasant. They did clean the room afterward, and I filed a complaint, since I had paid for the most expensive and best room the hotel offers. However, they refused to take any responsibility and wouldn't offer any compensation for their mistake. Poor management all around. I do not recommend this hotel. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't stay here.
