I was very satisfied with everything-they room, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the location.The staffs are very kind and friendly, in particular I would like to mention and thank Mr.Jerry Tan-Senior Guest Service Agent, as well as the entire reception teams, all of whom demonstrated great professionalism. Jane Zhao in the restaurant made us feel very welcome and catered for all our needs in the hotel. She is very kind, helpful and speaks excellent English. Ken and Kayla who kindly assisted with room service have also catered to all our needs, being very helpful and friendly. Traveling as a family, the hotel has excellent facilities for children, fully equipped rooms for children, play areas indoors and outdoors. All staff are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and we would love to come back !
