Hotel was lovely and clean, beds very comfortable, food in the restaurant delicious, great menu with lots of choices. Great location nice and central on North Shore. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our family with definately stay at the Poenamo on our next holiday to Auckland.

The Beds are probably the best I've experienced in awhile. Even the single bed had a quality mattress.

A drunken lady slowly walking outside everyone's rooms on the way to her own room yelling "I'm drunk" 🤣 But that was no fault of the hotel. Clearly when the hotel is next to a bar and restaurant this will occasionally happen.
