Lengthy, elaborate check-in. Very noisy extractor fan and AC in room. No area to store bag or clothes. Strange arrangements to use stairs to/from room.

Elevador nao estava funcionando quando cheguei, mas foi resolvido no mesmo dia. Sem opção de café da manhã.

The value for the money wasn’t there. No coffee in the room, nowhere to put suitcase or things. Walking through a restaurant to get to the elevator is weird.

The blinds in my room were not functioning properly. The desk was a bit shaky (needs repair). I was not able to extend my stay beyond check out time, even for a fee. The hotel does not have this option.
