The room I stayed in was in the process of being renovated which resulted in unfinished door frames, missing a seal around the window which made the room cold as all the outside air could flow freely into the room, there was also no curtain on the window to block out any light from the outside. The hallways on the floor I stayed in were not clean at all as there was other renovations happening in rooms around me

Keine Seife im Zimmer. Wasser ist sehr schlecht abgelaufen in der Dusche. Teppich war nicht sauber. Sehr staubig im Zimmer.

rooms are a bit dated, but the bed was comfy and clean sheets.

It's such a great location only a few minutes walk from Max Watts where I saw a show last night. 20 - 25 minutes walk from a lot of great places, and eateries galore within a block. Great option for the budget conscious.

Instead of being negative, these are opportunities for improvement: 1. On a very hot day, it would be ideal to have the ac on in the room for arriving guests - the room was very stuffy when I arrived. 2. There was no toilet paper in the room when I arrived - quickly rectified. 3. There should be a handrail on the shower wall to assist those who need it when climbing into the bath base (given you have to lift your legs over the bath tub to get into the shower).

Entrance smelled really poor and hallways strong with fresh paint. Rooms floor, shower and walls were stained and dirty. The kitchen coffee and teas were a mess when we checked in and the fridge’s shelves were removed for some reason. Outside and neighbours were loud arguing and slamming door until 1am. Didn’t feel like the safest place to stay, wouldn’t recommend to families or solo travellers. No safe to put valuables while outs of the hotel only the beds felt clean
