Basically no where to relax other than your bed. The couch is tiny and hard and the dining table is low to the ground and hard to eat off. The TV only has like 5-7 Japanese channels, and wasn’t able to stream services like Netflix. The kitchen is barely stocked at all. Not even a knife is present. Literally the most bare bones kitchen I have ever seen. I never once saw a person behind the desk up front and I was there for a week. Has a very small washer but no dryer and it may not be possible to hang dry your clothes because it is often rainy and cloudy in Osaka. Maybe this how things are in Japan, but by western standards, it is actually roughing it. The place is passable, but certainly not a vacation place.

チェックアウトをする際、エレベーター付近に清掃員の方に英語で号室を聞かれたが、シートの上に腰を掛けた状態で尚且つ、質問が英語だったため即答できないと呆れた態度を取られ、非常に不愉快だった。

The accommodation tax aspect was clunky especially without a portal at the counter. And with recent scams and phishing attacks associated with booking.com, it set off alarms when I received random links within booking.com messages to pay via credit card. This aspect could be more streamlined.

The AC - Be careful with it. We ran it everyday and we got really sick. Not sure why but we couldn't stop coughing and we did leave the the hotel after a few days and went somewhere else.
