Great location, walking distance to many attractions and the popular cafe alleyways. The staff members were super friendly and attentive to our requests, especially Bahtiyar, he made us feel welcomed and comfortable staying in this hotel, and he managed to let us check in early after our long haul flights.

Comfortable, close proximity to lots of attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely efficient.

The location is amazing. Near Galata Tower, you can walk easily everywhere (e.g. the area where Yeni Mosque is) and, if you do not fancy walking up the slope to Taksim Square it's 5 minutes to walk to take the tram to get you there.

Located in the heart of thriving Karakoy and close to the Bosphorous, makes this a perfect location to explore Istanbul. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and cafe.

Arriving at night I wanted to order room service. That was before I realised we are situated in the heart of the culinary district. What a spectacle of tastes and flavours.
