Das sagen die Gäste
- Cleanliness8.3
Mixed comments: several guests reported noticeable lack of cleaning (worn carpets, neglected seating by the beach, dirty/moldy beach mattresses, pool tile/rust issues), while other guests noted clean villas and a clean beach. Overall cleanliness is inconsistent across the property.
- Service10.0
Consistently positive mentions: multiple reviews praise the staff as amazing, considerate and kind; guests repeatedly note excellent, welcoming service that enhances the stay.
- Location10.0
Highly praised: many guests describe the island as beautiful, private, peaceful and scenic (gazelles, Arabic-style setting); location is a major strength.
- Room Quality8.7
Mixed: villa layout and privacy receive strong positive notes (spacious, apartment-like units, private pools), but some guests report dated rooms, need for upgrades and renovation in private villas and surrounding facilities.
- Amenities9.1
Mixed amenities: pools (public and private) and overall setup are appreciated for family use and relaxation, but guests note no spa, no kids play area, limited dining options, boat-frequency/transport issues and occasional maintenance problems.
- Value for Money7.6
Frequently called out as overpriced: multiple guests describe room rates and food prices as excessive (one guest explicitly called the price for a night ‘appalling’); perceived value is low relative to cleanliness/maintenance issues.
- Food and Beverage9.1
Mixed opinions: some guests strongly praise the food and recommend full board, while others report poor dinner quality, limited restaurant hours (one outlet closes early) and high menu prices.
- Overall Experience10.0
Overall impressions are very positive for many guests: exceptional location, private and peaceful atmosphere, excellent staff and memorable stays drive high overall satisfaction despite some maintenance, cleanliness and value concerns.

I would like to extend my special thanks to Dickson and Lakmal at the reception, who took care of our entire reservation and helped coordinate the arrangements for our special occasion. They were extremely professional, supportive, and responsive throughout the process, making sure everything was well organized. Dickson's dedication and attention to detail made a real difference, and we genuinely appreciated his excellent service in this regard.
