There was no one to meet us or let us in or direct us to parking. All communication was via WhatsApp. Access to the building was via a code, on both the outer and inner doors. I left my phone in charging, so didn't have the code with me when we popped out to park our car. We called with my partner's phone to get the code, left voicemails, and messages, emailed and tried ringing the bell. We even sent messages via the Instagram site. We were locked out of our room for 6 hours, until another guest arrived back and let us in. The place is not staffed - so you are entirely on your own. The Vossia team did apologise and waive the night's fee - but our one day stay in Palermo was ruined.

We stayed here as the last stop of our honeymoon trip around Sicily and it completely exceeded our expectations. Stephie checked us in when we arrived was incredibly warm and helpful throughout the entire stay. We would highly suggest to take Stephie and the team's recommendations as they picked out lots of great spots around Palermo during our stay. They also were a great helping with bookings for local restaurants and taxi transfers to the airport. The location of the apartments is great and very easy to walk to the main centre of Palermo!

es wurde neben renoviert und in der straße wurden sehr laute Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, was schon sehr Früh am Morgen starken Lärm verursacht hat. Hier trifft die Unterkunft jedoch keine Schuld.
