Perfect location and very good rooms. Even though its right on beer street you cant hear anything in the rooms. Staff was very welcoming! Very recommended

Overall, we had a good stay. The central location is fantastic, with plenty of local restaurants nearby to enjoy authentic food and a vibrant city vibe. We appreciated the complimentary fresh local bananas for a quick snack, though having extra coffee sachets alongside the tea bags in the room would have been nice. We didn't dine at the hotel as the restaurant setup made the breakfast selection appear somewhat limited.

The staffs is really helpful. We are taking the midnight train to Sapa and the hotel let us use the spa bathroom and keep our luggages for the days we away from Sapa. ❤️❤️

The road to access the hotel will be closed for weekend night. So, you might have to take a walk from the drop off point.

Only stayed 1/4 nights - not clean, dated and old rooms that smelt of mould. A window with a concrete wall behind it. Not good enough for a 4 star hotel. Could not stay and had to leave

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to explore Hanoi and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Jai, the receptionist/accountant, who was particularly helpful and made us feel very comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and personal attention really stood out. We also had a great experience with the trips and excursions organized by the hotel. Everything was well arranged, enjoyable, and made exploring Hanoi and its surroundings even more memorable. Overall, a memorable stay with a great location, excellent service, wonderful staff, and well-organized trips. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hanoi!
