בקומת הקרקע החדר קרוב יחסית לאזור האשפה מה שגרם ליתושים ולזבובים היות ולא פינו האשפה לדעתי מחיר גבוהה ביחס לתמורה

- We were disappointed with the apartment. The listing showed photos of a balcony, large nice windows and plenty of sunlight. In reality, we ended up in an apartment with hardly any windows and no balcony. If we opened the curtains, the view was of concrete in a dark shaft. A "dark hole" is the best way to describe the experience. • The WiFi kept dropping in and out, making it practically unusable. In several rooms the WiFi consistently didn't work at all. • Parts of the apartment are in need of an update - for example, many of the buttons on the keypad outside the door were so worn that we had to guess our way in, and panels and walls needed painting in several places. • The apartment didn't smell very good - an indefinable "sour" smell. • The air conditioning/ventilation was so loud that it was impossible to have it on if you wanted to sleep (perhaps that's why it smelled sour). • Noise traveled easily, and when there were other people in the hallway it was impossible to ignore - no matter how quiet they were. • The hot water took a very long time to arrive. It typically had to run for 5-7 minutes before it got warm - long enough that the first few times we only experienced cold water. All in all, we chose to leave early, as we felt locked in without any daylight.

We are returning guests and once again had a wonderful stay in this spacious, beautiful 2-bedroom apartment! We enjoyed every minute of our 3-night visit. The apartment was well-maintained. Sam’s hospitality was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We had such a great experience that we would happily return again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is extremely spacious and well-kitted, and also very quiet. The aircon works extremely well (we even got a little cold at times and it was a very hot week in LA). We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.
