Le falta un poco de mantenimiento pero no es nada que impida disfrutar las habitaciones o la estancia

La encargada del lugar fue muy mala anfitriona, le reportamos que el baño del alojamiento no funcionaba y tardó 2 días en solucionarlo, entregó unos contactos de WhatsApp para reportar cualquier inconveniente, pero ningún contacto funciona. Adicional a esto , el día que llegamos al hospedaje me estaba haciendo un cobro adicional por temas de electricidad de 21 dólares, cuando la plataforma no me había informado nada de esto. La piscina está en pésimas condiciones.
