Perfect location. Just in front of the main train station. You have a lift or elevator and you access the mall and the station in minutes. The room was very comfortable, clean, had tea, coffee, and toiletries. It was reasonably calm. The team downstairs was very kind and helpful. The price was just right. The neighborhood is full of small shops you can get food from if you don't want to go to the giant station mall.

It was a little difficult to get a Grab in the evening because there's a fence in front of the pavement. So it's difficult for cars to drop off and board customers. Especially when you have luggage and it's raining and night time 😁 Just be aware!

Room was claustrophobic and very noisy. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. When you took a shower it flooded the tiny bathroom. Photos on Booking.com make the room much larger than it actually is.
