Das sagen die Gäste

• Cleanliness8.4

Generally reported as clean in multiple reviews (e.g., 'Hôtel propre', 'Spacious, clean'); one review mentioned possible lost item and housekeeping follow-up failure, but overall cleanliness is positive.

• Service8.5

Staff described as friendly and helpful in several reviews ('great staff', 'friendly helpful staff', 'personal Rezeption sehr freundlich'), but there are isolated negative reports (drunk receptionist, slow/confusing checkout and early-check-in inconsistency). Overall service leans positive with some reliability issues.

• Location9.3

Consistently praised as very central and convenient (many mentions: 'excellent location', 'close to old town', '10mn a pied de Marienplatz', 'easy walk to the centre'). Location is the strongest attribute.

• Room Quality7.8

Rooms are often described as adequate and clean but sometimes small; recurring issues with air conditioning not working in some rooms and occasional mismatches with booked room floor—mixed but generally acceptable for short stays.

• Amenities7.6

Basic amenities present (shop next door, metro/tram access), but some lacking or problematic items reported (no safe, no fridge in some rooms, no luggage trolleys, expensive parking).

• Value for Money7.6

Mixed perception: some guests find the price-performance good ('Preis-Leistungsverhältnis', '性價比算不錯'), while others object to expensive extras (breakfast, parking) and inconsistent early check-in charges.

• Food and Beverage7.2

Breakfast service criticized as expensive and sometimes unpleasant staff; limited positive comments. Food/Beverage is a weaker area due to price and service feedback.

• Overall Experience10.0

Overall sentiment across reviews is positive: many guests report comfortable stays, great location and friendly staff, repeat visits, and satisfactory value for short stays despite some service and room issues. Net impression is strongly positive.

The bed was comfortable. The location was very good. The room was clean and the corridors did not smell.

The reception staff was most unpleasant. We booked four triple rooms and we were not given four triple rooms.

Really comfortable with quite a large room for a city centre. The location was excellent, within an easy walk to Marienplatz as well as the train station. The staff were very friendly.

There was a stain on the carpet and some of the furnishings were a bit tired.

It was a great location - only 5 min to old town. The beds were very comfortable and good size room with a good shower. The staff we dealt with were super friendly and very helpful.
