Very clean, felt luxurious yet homely and comfortable. Being a solo traveller, I felt very safe. A large queen bed, ensuite bathroom, mini fridge, kettle with tea/coffee. The room I stayed in faced the Main Street in Dubrovnik old town and was a great view, especially for the light show that was on the weekend I stayed. Ana the host was very helpful and welcoming. Provided wifi passwords and recommendations for places to eat, drink and visit in and around Dubrovnik. I would 100% recommend this place to stay and would love to come back here one day!

I loved my stay as Lumin Guest House, but something to consider; - I stayed on the third floor which was a bit of a challenge to get up my large and heavy suitcase as the staircase spirals around making it a bit narrow and steep. Luckily Ana (host) assisted me in taking them up which I was very grateful for, but if you have heavy luggage this may be something to consider. - the bathroom was an ensuite but was quite small - you may want some earplugs as the Main Street can be busy and loud until late hours

La ubicación es excelente, en el medio del casco histórico. Desde su ventana puede verse la calle central de la ciudad.

El ruido de la calle no se calma hasta las 2 de la mañana. Si eres sensible al ruido, conviene alojarse más lejos de la calle central. Por más que cierres la ventana, se siente el murmullo o los gritos de la gente que pasa.

There was no hot water one day and the person managing sad she turned on the hot water and I should wait 20 minutes. There was still no hot water after 40 minutes and I had to shower with ice cold water since I was late to a dinner reservation. The AC did not work on the last night of my stay and though I tried to contact the host, couldnt get through and I could barely get any sleep since the room is small and there was no air without the AC and opening the window was not possible because of the noise from the street. Very very tiny bathroom which couldn't be locked from the inside.
