Could improve on decorating and making it more presentable. The outdoor areas and compound could be made much prettier by tidying up and flowers. Has a nice big back yard that could become a nice area to sit outside

Very small bathroom in Master bedroom. Certainly not built for larger people. A few nails sticking out of walls in kitchen.
