Staff disponibile con un buon inglese. Ottima la posizione se interessati alla zona del Riverside, l'hotel si trova in una piccola via silenziosa. La camera nel mio caso era molto grande. Caffè - nella hall - disponibile.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto misero. La camera era parzialmente pulita, il bagno sporco (capelli nella vasca) e priva di sapone. Due soli asciugamani (uno con il logo di un altro hotel) e nessun tappetino in bagno. Ho dovuto chiedere la carta igienica perchè non presente al mio arrivo. Colazione scarna e insufficiente, seppur piatti (pochi) cucinati erano buoni. La piscina (solo per informazione) è inutilizzabile.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal lungo fiume e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e due market. La stanza è abbastanza grande e comoda per una-due notti. Nella stanza c'è un condizionatore, un bollitore, una cassaforte e una TV. Il ragazzo alla reception è molto disponibile.

Asciugamani e lenzuola erano macchiati. Gli asciugamani invece erano un po' datati con addirittura dei buchi. Mancava la busta sul cestino e c'era poco sapone per la doccia (probabilmente era da richiedere alla reception). La colazione era un po' scarna, ma c'era l'essenziale. La stanza non è isolata bene e si sentono tutti i rumori da fuori. In bagno mancava qualcosa per pulire dopo aver fatto la doccia. Mancava anche l'acqua calda.
