The bathroom facilities need some upgrades.

We loved our stay at Isann Lodge for our first-time visit to Cambodia as a family of 7. Communication from initial booking, all the way to our arrival was always very responsive, helpful and friendly. We were offered a last-minute change to our booking, and there was confusion with our allocated rooms upon arrival, but the hosts were very accommodating and did their best to assist with making our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were stylishly decorated, and outdoor surroundings were so beautiful - we were delighted to see lots of interesting creatures, like frogs and garden snails with nice shells much different to what we are used to back home in Australia. The sound of nature right outside our rooms was also very calming to go to sleep to. Every staff member we met from reception, housekeeping and restaurant were all super kind and friendly. Food at the restaurant was all very tasty. Airport is about 25mins away, and I believe the accommodation is located close to the city centre but unfortunately we did not have enough time to explore it. We would be happy to stay here again next time we are in Siem Reap. Thank you so much Isann Lodge Team.

I think some facilities in 1 of our rooms may be in need of maintenance as the toilet seat was loose, and the drainage in the shower area was extremely slow which caused the water to puddle up on the floor. We really wanted to use the pool but were hesitant as we were unsure of how clean it would be with lots of leaves and debris in it.

Endroit paisible, verdoyant, très bel endroit!!! Équipe très gentille, discrète et qui parle anglais !!! Un petit déjeuner excellent. Proximité du site de Ankor. Excellent rapport qualité prix!! Je conseille++++ et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir!!

El lugar estaba genial, cerca de la ciudad y de Angkor (unos 20 min en tuk tuk). El personal muy bien, limpio, las camas muy cómodas.

Très joli espace piscine, le cadre naturel et verdoyant est un plus. L’hôtel m’a offert un gâteau d’anniversaire et un bouquet de fleurs. Le personnel était gentil.

La chambre que j’avais réservée était prise. On nous a donné une autre chambre, plus grande et très sympa mais ce n’était pas un bungalow isolé comme nous le souhaitions.
