Banyak kotoran anjing disekitar area menuju pintu masuk ( gerbang hotel ) tapi klo hotel nyaman bersih, hanya sekitar area pinggir kolam renang, dibawah tangga aja perlu dibersihkan lagi, klo kolam renang nya sih bersih. yang bikin seneng ada dapurnya, kita bisa masak langsung buat sarapan atau makan malam, Krn klo siang hari kita pasti makan di luar, klo komplain langsung ditanggapin, misal waktu itu batrei Remot tv nya sudah harus diganti, besoknya langsung diganti.

Kotoran anjing yg paling mengganggu, karena kotoran anjing itu bisa kesapu baju gamis saya, jadi gk bisa dipakai shalat, terus area sekitar kolam renang yang harus setiap hari di bersihkan, klo saja itu bersih pasti akan lebih nyaman, karena di kolam renangnya sudah nyaman

Guests from hell, partying between 12:00 and 5:00 every night and left as complete mess in the common area. Complained to owners but nothing was done
