Das sagen die Gäste

• Cleanliness8.5

Mixed mentions: several reviews note clean rooms and bathrooms ('Stanza e bagno puliti', 'Pokój czysty'), while one review explicitly said cleanliness was 'not quite so good' — overall slightly below perfect.

• Service9.2

Mostly positive: staff described as friendly and helpful in multiple reviews, with regular guests praising service. Some negative notes about a fast-speaking check-in clerk and frustrating automated/billing contact (chat bot) slightly lower the score.

• Location10.0

Consistently excellent: numerous reviews rave about the central/ideal location, proximity to Dresden old town, Frauenkirche and easy walking access to transport and sights.

• Room Quality8.4

Mixed: many mentions of comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms, AC and good blackout curtains; several comments about rooms (and especially bathrooms) being small, beds occasionally too soft or too short for some guests.

• Amenities8.0

Generally adequate: positive notes on breakfast variety, AC and blackout curtains, parking availability; specific missing/negative mentions include no minibar in some rooms and parking difficulties/price for larger cars.

• Value for Money9.5

Frequently praised: multiple reviewers explicitly note very good price–performance and good value for money relative to expectations.

• Food and Beverage10.0

Strong positive consensus: the breakfast buffet and choices are repeatedly described as very good/extensive and a highlight of the stay.

• Overall Experience8.4

Overall positive: guests repeatedly recommend staying, citing location, breakfast and comfortable beds; some issues (room size, occasional cleanliness and parking/check-in friction) prevent a perfect score.

Brilliant location for 3arena where we were attending the Hans Zimmer concert. Less than 5 minute walk. Very friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless and bed so comfy. Spacious rooms. Bathroom spotless. Brilliant shower. Had the meal deal, 2 course dinner and unlimited breakfast, great value and plenty of choice. Very quiet hotel, we heard no noise at all. Special mention to Fatima,(hope I got name right) on reception. So friendly and helpful. The lady who served us dinner was so nice and friendly, sorry we didn't get her name.
