I didn't feel that it should be rated as a 4star property.. The hallway carpet from the elevator to our room was badly stained and the walls were dirty and scuffed up. Though our room was clean it was very small.

The hotel has a great location, beautiful interiors, and friendly staff. We appreciated the welcome treats in our room upon arrival. However, the breakfast was quite basic, and I was disappointed that my birthday went completely unnoticed, without even a simple greeting. Housekeeping also needs improvement: used glasses and empty bottles were left by the entrance throughout our stay, and basic bathroom amenities were missing, so I had to ask for them myself. Overall, a lovely hotel with potential, but more attention to detail and guest care is needed.
