When we arrived, we wer not told that the air conditioning was out in the hotel. Our room was extremely hot. I called and was then told that the air was out. We werent offered a fan or a discount on our stay. I had to ask for a rfan just so we could be comfortable enough to sleep at night. The room offered a small kitchenette, but no way to cook food. Unless you used the microwave.

Bathroom was a little small and no exhaust fan, so got very steamy when showering

The room was falsely advertised as fitting 6 people. We had 5 in the room. We had to move furniture out onto the balcony to be able to open the beds to accommodate everyone sleeping. We requested early check in as we travelled through the night. They made us wait til 4.20pm before check-in.. My children were asleep on the floor in the foyer from exhaustion and noone from the hotel even acknowledged us.
