Das sagen die Gäste

Cleanliness9.1
Repeated positive mentions of cleanliness across reviews ("very clean", "cleanest", "propre"). One comment about a very dirty stairwell on arrival is isolated but noted.
Service9.4
Consistently praised staff (friendly, helpful, named staff praised) and repeat guests citing welcoming service; a single racism complaint appears isolated compared with many positive service remarks.
Location9.2
Frequently described as central, close to historical sites and services, very convenient for walking to attractions and surrounded by amenities.
Room Quality7.0
Mixed: some praise for comfort and balcony in dorms, but repeated issues with showers/toilets and comments about narrow bathrooms reduce this score.
Amenities8.6
Air conditioning, balconies and breakfast mentioned positively; wifi instability and limited shower facilities were noted by some guests, giving a generally good but not perfect impression.
Value for Money9.0
Multiple guests cite good value, affordability and satisfaction relative to price; repeat visitors emphasize it as a strong value in downtown location.
Food and Beverage8.5
Breakfast described as varied and tasty by at least one review; local food options nearby are convenient. Not a dominant theme but generally positive.
Overall Experience8.0
Overall very positive reviews and many repeat guests praising location, cleanliness and staff, tempered by isolated negatives (racism allegation, a very dirty stairwell on one arrival, shower/toilet complaints) leading to a slightly reduced overall score.
