I stayed in the Blush suite and honestly? It was like returning to the womb. Probably not everyone's idea of a good time, but all that pink was a lush delight.

The room I had orginally booked into was a bit worse for wear - and upgrading to something more lush took a bit of wrangling, but it was worth it in the end. I had to jump online to see what was available and convince the reception staff that even though they said it was 'fully booked' rooms were still available.

The ambience of the place is beautiful. The food as equally beautiful. The staff were absolutely amazing. So many areas to relax, read and reflect in. The beds were very comfortable and the waterfall shower head was a nice surprise 🥰

No elevator located where I was so had to catch lift from one side of the ground floor, to the first floor and walk all the way around to the other side with the trolley, my child and our belongings - inconvenient and not exactly a short walk. No microwave? This should be standard especially if there’s no cooking facilities. The beds were comfy but the bases were wooden and sharp edges. My daughter knocks her legs on them so many times - unsafe. The room I had overlooked the back of the shops next door. This was very under whelming to look at. Rubbish everywhere, just a downright mess. I’d recommend it putting some tall trees there to block that out or call the council to address it. The food (buffet) was great however, replenishing was regularly delayed (maybe short staffed that day). Lastly, the parking situation was a challenge for me as a solo stayed with a child and all our belongings and then to have to PAY for the parking? That to me is ridiculous.

Unfortunately my situation changed and the staff member showed no empathy, compassion or an interest in trying to help me out. I would not stay here again. Nor would I recommend on this experience either.
