L’hôtel a un concept sympa, j’ai bien aimé les salles de bains qui sont proches des chambres, elles sont composé du WC, de la douche et du lavabo avec des tapis propre à disposition.

Le personnel était froid comme une porte de prison et un sèche cheveux dans la SDB serait un plus.

The room was a decent size, not too small/cramped. The bed was suprisingly comfy as were the pillows/blankets so had a cosy sleep. Room wasn’t too cold or hot. I liked that there bath towels for the ground for the showers. There are events/activities if you are into that. Also a little shop of basics if you forget something which is helpful.

The bathrooms and rooms were not cleaned well enough, i was in the room while it was being cleaned and it only got sweeped not vacuumed and surfaces didn’t not get wipes, basically only bedding was changed, I also went into a bathroom after it was cleaned and there was still hair all over the ground. I know it’s a hostel but I feel like with the amount of people using this should be a focus. The showers were also terrible, I’m suprised I didn’t see more people mention this, if you want pressure you have to have a cold shower, to have warm water it’s basically a drip, I never felt clean and I’m all for saving the planet but I think most people also want a hot shower with adequate pressure.

Unfortunately, my first impression of the hostel was very disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She didn't even greet me, and when I tried to find the luggage storage area, the only thing she said was that I was going the wrong way, in a very rude manner. For reference, the receptionist was a Black woman with short hair. I mention this simply to help identify the staff member, as I don't want to generalise about the rest of the team. As a solo traveller, this made me feel very uncomfortable. I wasn't expecting anything special, just basic politeness and a welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, this experience left a lasting negative impression and made me reluctant to stay here again.

L’établissement est bien, dommage que le personnel soit froid comme des portes de prisons. Et le sèche cheveux serait un plus dans la SDB.
