The location was perfect, literally had Starbucks, 2 convenient stores and a walkable location to Myeongdong street. The facilities were also perfect and clean. Facilities like money changer and amenities could also be used in the first floor.

Laundry is a bit limited. Could use more machines or make it 24 hours coz people literally have to wait for a long time.

Het hotel is keurig. Zeer schoon en had comfortabele bedden. De locatie is echt top. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op onze laatste dag namen we een DMZ tour en konden we onze bagage gratis opslaan. Er zit een GS25 direct naast waar je o.a. heerlijke koffie kunt krijgen. En er zijn vele restaurants, een massagesalon en een gigantisch shoppingcenter in de directe omgeving. Enige puntje van kritiek is het volgende: Het is logisch om veel geld te moeten betalen voor een toplocatie in Myeongdong, maar in vergelijking met hotels elders in het land waar we verbleven vond ik de prijs toch buiten proporties.

Perfect location to explore Myeongdong and surroundings. Great breakfast and overall good atmosphere. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

Fitness room could be bigger with more equipment. There is only limited exercises possible when it comes to strength training. One staff member at the reception: I requested beforehand if it would be possible to cancel one night and get a refund. He referred to booking.com as if it was their decision. It went along and placed the request here. Then I received the refusal and went back to reception. He then said it they looked into it but was not possible to cancel and refund. Hence, he did know in the first place and when I addressed this he simply said sorry. That’s definitely not the way I would have expected this hotel to work. It’s fine that they refuse it, it’s about the way they left it open.
