Lack of basic amenities like wifi in the room and had to call them again and again

Despite a booking which said early check in included, I was told that it was currently not available. What does that even mean? How can you offer free early check in and then say that it is not available? Also, the breakfast place was a mess and there was no place to sit.

Annoying looped music in the breakfast room and a lobby. Seriously silence would be better.

It was ideal for a one night stay at the end of a four week trip. We didn't need to do any sightseeing and we were happy to explore World Park which was right next door - speciality shops, restaurants, bars and a food hall. They offered a day rate and upgrade to a suite the next day for our late checkout. Good selection at buffet breakfast and dinner - included in our room rate.

The deluxe king room was meant to be a non smoking room but someone broke the rules! Promptly addressed by housekeeping but still lingered. Could have requested a room change but too tired! The shower wasn't working properly but it was manageable. Overall the room was comfortable but would suggest booking the suite if budget allows.
