The shower was terrible, water inconsistent and kept falling downward. The second guest bedroom was locked on arrival and we had a red eye flight so it was extremely inconvenient waiting around around 30 minutes for someone to come unlock the room, the internet dropped out halfway through our stay which was extremely important as part of our visit, which lead to a lot of content we needed to publish being unable to be published. On top of that the window seals had never been looked at, they were not sealing properly which lead to sleepless nights, after some fiddling we managed to correct the seal slightly in order to stop the wind. Finally, the washing machine was disgusting, who ever used it last had put the detergent in the wrong compartment, it's clear the staff never check their facilities inside of the apartments because it was thick with residue and buildup. I'm extremely disappointed with this stay as I thought I selected a four star serviced apartment. I likely won't stay here again. There is also only two functioning elevators for over 35 floors, you can be waiting long periods for an elevator down, we were on the 28th floor.

My only small complaint- the glass for the pool view needs a desperate clean (but maybe this is done closer to summer!)
