Das sagen die Gäste

• Cleanliness7.6

Generally described as very clean and well maintained by multiple guests, but several comments about carpet dust, stains on arrival and some bathroom items not refreshed lowered the score.

• Service9.3

Staff repeatedly described as polite, friendly, professional and helpful; early luggage drop-off and responsive service praised across reviews.

• Location9.4

Consistently praised as ideal — directly at the main train station, excellent access to airport and city and very convenient for train travel and sightseeing.

• Room Quality8.0

Rooms noted as modern, spacious and comfortable with good views and balconies for some; negatives include carpet-related dust, occasional hard mattresses and an uncomfortable sofa bed for children.

• Amenities7.9

Good basics (kettle, restaurant, balcony, parking arrangement) but lacking a minibar/fridge in rooms, gym under-equipped and some equipment out of order.

• Value for Money8.7

Many guests said they would return and found facilities, breakfast and location justified the stay; discounted parking and reasonable restaurant prices support positive value perception.

• Food and Beverage8.9

Breakfast repeatedly praised (cakes, pancakes, variety); a few guests noted specific dislikes (cheeses, lack of olives) but overall F&B was a strong point.

• Overall Experience9.0

Overall very positive impressions: convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean modern hotel led many to recommend or plan return stays.

Excellent location giving instant access to the station and therefore all destinations in Vienna. Modern, clean hotel with rooms overlooking the city. Great facilities including a kettle.
