We had a fantastic stay at Meriton Suites Campbell Street. The apartment was exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the little extras, including laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee, reliable Wi-Fi and all the essentials for cooking. The bed was extremely comfortable, with two pillows per person, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped with toiletries and amenities. Having both a washing machine and a tumble dryer was a real bonus, and both worked perfectly. The location is excellent, right next to Chinatown and within easy walking distance of Sydney’s main attractions, including the Opera House (approximately a 30-minute walk). A special mention also goes to the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.

If there were two small areas for improvement, they would be having complimentary water available in the gym and providing a few extra towels. Overall, an excellent experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney!

В комнате кабинете - не работал wi-fi, только в зале и спальне, и сигнал надо улучшить в целом, слабый сигнал от роутера. На балконе можно убрать паутину.

Unfortunately, the room was a big disappointment and certainly did not reflect a 4-star hotel or the price we paid. It was very basic, outdated, and lacked the comfort and coziness you would expect. The bathroom was outdated, and the washbasin was very small and extremely impractical to use. The hotel is located in the heart of Chinatown, a very busy and crowded area. Cleanliness was also disappointing, as the coffee machine had not been cleaned and used capsules were still inside when we checked in. We stayed for four nights, but housekeeping was scheduled only once, and we were not informed about the lack of daily cleaning at check-in. Overall, despite the lovely staff, the room, facilities, and housekeeping fell well below our expectations. Definitely not the 4-star experience or value for money we expected.

Nice view and very nicely set up with necessities like shampoo, body wash provided, and a coffee machine too! Bonus points.

For the price, maybe some toothpaste or slippers would have been nice?
