Das sagen die Gäste

• Cleanliness6.5

Multiple guests reported unclean items (pillows, hair on blanket), small/dated towels and an unfriendly cleaning interaction — cleanliness is below expected standard.

• Service9.0

Generally strong host/staff communication and helpfulness were mentioned; a few reports of unfriendly cleaning staff and inconvenient key collection, but overall responsiveness and owner contact were positive.

• Location10.0

Repeatedly praised as excellent — central, safe, close to the beach/stadium with great sea/ocean views. Location is consistently the property's strongest feature.

• Room Quality6.5

Several maintenance issues noted: broken or poorly sealing windows/blinds, fridge door problems, leaking toilet, balcony door lock issues, TV/remote faults and variable water pressure — room needs TLC.

• Amenities8.0

Basic amenities present (hairdryer, toiletries) and some positives (Charlotte Rhys products), but issues with hidden adapters, missing glasses, small towels, lack of parking and intermittent Wi‑Fi were reported.

• Value for Money8.0

Not explicitly discussed by many reviewers; considering the excellent location but noted maintenance/cleanliness shortcomings, overall value is fair for guests prioritizing location.

• Food and Beverage8.0

No mentions in reviews; standard/neutral for this property.

• Overall Experience8.0

Overall positive due to location, views and some helpful staff, but comfort was impacted by maintenance, cleanliness and noise issues — suitable for guests who prioritize location.
